job fairs

I would dress professionally. Also, it's a good idea to bring along resumes or cards in case you meet people that'll make the hiring decisions. The job fairs that I've been to this year (two of them), have offered opportunities to meet people from the district. One had teachers, teacher specialists and principals that were hanging out and answering questions about a variety of subjects (from hiring stuff to curriculum). The other one we could talk to HR people, pick up applications and have screening interviews.
