    Hi! I see your point coach and I mean no disrespect its just that I dont know if I were in the situation if I would WANT to be "friends" with people like that.
    I was in a similiar situation were there was a small group of rude teachers who would sit together at lunch and talk about everyone else around them.
    I dont know if this is the same case as mine but if so I think its important to be professional but I dont think its necessary be fake or try to be friends with people that are like that.
    I had overheard one of the teachers cracking jokes about me and I just smiled at her when I saw her and thought "thank god I am a better person than her"
    Like I said it TOTALLY depends on the individual situation but be careful bc I have seen too many people get sucked into this type of crowd and its not a good situation.
    You know your a good person, they are probably just jealous or bored... either way its not professional on their part to be talking about other teachers behind their back.
