Spelling

I use my word wall to play "CSI Spelling." I have my required first grade words along with high frequency words. I turn off the lights and pull the shades to darken the room. The students use a small flashlight just like the one on CSI to find a word, say it, and spell it, then pass the flashlight to another student. Students love "CSI Spelling" time.
