How we handled this

We are also trained to death. We have a staff meeting every Monday that lasts until at least 4:45. Then we have training sometimes once or twice a week. We finally told our principal that we have had too much. If they expected us to be able to impliment any of this training they needed to give us time to do it. Going to meetings everyday after school left us no time to try anything new.
