Do you all teach at my school?

We are having a very hard time at our school right now with our principal. She asks our opinion about things but then yells at us in staff meetings if we disagree with her.

She thinks school should be #1 in our lives everything else falls behind, family, kids, etc.

I am a good teacher with great test scores. It would be nice to be treated like one. Principals need to understand that everyone does not have the same teaching style. As long as they are providing a supportive environment for the kids and the kids are learning leave them alone!
