I too live in a county that airs their meetings on tv BUT they won't let anyone talk unless they have applied in advance and if they don't want your question asked then you are turned down. If you attempt to ask your question anyhow then you will be physically excorted out by a police officer. Actually I have NEVER seen a parent or teacher ask a question at a meeting but I could have missed that one if it happened! It really is sad.
