I'm in the same position exactly--has anyone let you know what sort of time period you plan for? There's a big difference between 1 hr. and 4! Yikes! I like the video idea--I also think I may have one of my students (I only have 8) in each area of the room to act as "tour guides." I've also heard that the kids who come usually stay for a snack, etc. Yancy
