Please don't punish the other students in order to control another! When my son was in elementary school he would come home so upset because he and the rest of the class were punished because of one student! It really isn't| fair to the others and WILL cause emotional stress on the others in the class. My son was and still is a sensitive sort and doing what is right is very important to him. When you punish students like that you will cause them a lot of stress and that isn't what we are there for. It will cause them to hate school not the student that brought it all about. Punish only the child not | |
the others. If you can't handle him then bring in the guidance councelor. I', not trying to be rude but I do feel strongly about this and have never punished everyone for something one did. Oh yes, I have been know to take away chairs and desks which leaves the student having to use a clipboard to do his work. Good luck.
