AR Rewards

At a school I previously worked for the Principal delivered a helium filled ballon to each child who had improved their AR scores that quarter. She wrote the child's name and the AR score and some type of postive comment ( Awesome Job, Way to Go, Keep it Up, etc.) Then the children tied the baloons to their chairs and took them home at the end of the day! I think they also got some other reward but they LOVED receiving a balloon from the principal, it was a really big deal and they all worked hard to get one! I think the PTA purchased the balloons and rewards.
