Our media and reading specialist handle the prizes for the AR program at our school.

They have a chart posted in the media center. The grades that participat include: 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade.
Each student in the program can earn the same prize, but the level points are different. We have quarterly assemblies to present the rewards.

The rewards include a bookmark, pencil, coupon for icecream, a pizza party, and lunch with the principal.

They also have surprize days. At least 2 times a month, unannounced, the students that go to the library with a 100% on their test for that day will be given a piece of candy. I do this occassionaly in my classroom as well.
