Horrible Teacher

Your principal needs to start off positively. The teacher needs to get out of her classroom and observe other teachers. Mention to your principal that you would like to see her observing other teachers. Horrible teacher needs to see great teachers at work.
If your principal doesn't do anything he is robbing the students, and he is guilty as well. Think about the students here. Are they getting a good education? That is the bottom line.
She should observe other teachers and then meet with the principal to discuss what strategies she has found that work. Is your principal one who could call | |
her on this? Is your principal aware of this teacher's "closed to students" attitude? I hope she/he is, and if she/he isn't, quite a few observations need to take place.
