There are quite a few things you could do with your students. Where I would begin is to find things within your classroom lesson plans that could be added to by using the computers.

For example - have students use a drawing program on the computer like Paint to make an illustration from a favorite book.

If you are doing graphing - have students make a table and create a graph.

Have students type a poem they have written and add clip art to it as well.

Write letters to companies or to friends.

Make a card or invitation

You can also have them do a project that will take several classes to complete. They could for example create a poster - this might take 2 weeks to complete with two lab visits.
