I feel the principals already had a person in mind and they were just interviewing others because they had to. There was a person who interviewed right before me and she was in there for at least 45 minutes. I thought for sure she had the job. My interview lasted 15 minutes. 10 minutes after the interview they called me and gave me the position. I had the same feeling when I interviewed for the permenant position I just received.
