Sorry I have not had a chance to respond. I have been sick with a cold, then the flu and then we had report cards. What an end to winter! Thank you for all of your thoughts. I forget sometimes that others are in similar situations. I teach in a small school and so social interaction there is limited. I have been trying to get into the public system and right now subbing is not an option- we need the money. Now I worry that I have been teaching on reserves too long and am no longer in the hireable range. Anyway, thank you for your comments and thoughts. They are appreciated.
