You're too good to be true!
By Emma

Clip to ScrapBook
WOW! DId I get lucky! You are making this decision easier by the day and I can't thank you enough for the help. I really don't have the support here. We are behind the times. I never actually used the TEACCH program, but
I've been to conferences on it and it always sounded so good. Do you use ABA in your classrooms/home as well? I finished up a twelve credit program but was unable to take my certification test because I need to be supervised by someone who is certified and there is no one in the area who can supervise me. So I have the knowledge, but not the experience. I dabble with it with some
of my students and it does seem to work. I've been to visual strategy conferences, select team trainings in Autism, AS, PDD, you name it. I've had almost twenty students over the years with Autism so I hope I know what I'm doing. Also, there are few other classrooms for me to observe. I would love to sit in on an AS room for a week, but that is an unrealistic dream.
Thank you so much.
