Clarification Needed By GM

This sounds like a good idea. But I'm not clear about it.

Do you provide a templete of some sort for the game board? That is, do you give them a worksheet with the squares printed on already to be written in?

In the squares, would something like: "Sarah taught Caleb & Anna a new song. Move two spaces."

OR "A lamb died. Move back one space"

What grade level do you use this idea with? And did you provide them a sample game board????
