selling pencils

You may want to check with someone before selling pencils (or other supplies). Here in Michigan schools are required to provide students with certain supplies, such as pencils and paper. I'm relatively new to this state; so I don't know the exact requirements. But you may want to check with someone so that you don't get called on it if this is a requirement in your area. (And if it is, make sure the administration knows about it. I had to inform one of my schools that they were required to provide these supplies.)
