I don't know of any poems or songs but I have had great success with a chart I made that we read each morning before we do moring calendar. I think reading and saying the sounds each morning has made all the difference in the world. Now when I get to a word they don't know they are able to make out sounds to figure it out.

My chart is very simple, here's how it works: The letter cl are on the top of a picture of a clock and then the word clock is written under it. Then each day we read it like this c l /cl/ like in clock. I hope that helps.
