Beach Day

My school just had a beach day to beat the winter blues. Maybe you could do a smaller version for your kids. Everyone wore short and sandals for the day (they came with sweats on over top and we turned up the heat). In the afternoon we had a beach party in the gym with carribean dance music, limbo, and lots of other games. The kids had a great time, and it was a nice way to forget the temperature outside for awhile.
