idea to have subs fill in for teachers extra duties, especially in the morning, when we need to be going over lesson plans and making sure that we have what we need. They SHOULD switch with another teacher, however, sometimes it is a last minute absence and there HAS to be someone on duty. If a student was injured and there was no one supervising it could be a legal nightmare! It would be nice if they came up with some easy method of switching with other teachers, however.
