What about keeping air freshener handy? Only problem is, I would be concerned about students with allergies to the aerosal
http://www.disability.vic.gov.au/dsonline/dsarticles.nsf/pages/Flatulance?OpenDocument The sites list foods that cause gas and those that cause especially smelly farts. Something to consider is possible lactose intolerance. A medical exam may be necessary. I've heard about certain enzymes such as Paypaya, either in the actual fruit form or as a chewable tablet which aids digestion. Also products such as Gas-X. Of course, both options are not likely since it would involve parental support. Also I would hesitate treating the symptom before knowing the cause. I wish I could have been more help. Do others have any suggestions?
