No Respect

As teachers we are not given the respect that we are due. In many cases the parents do not respect us the media doesn't. We all know that the all knowing and wise politicians who gives us our marching orders do not respect teachers. They do this great job of double talk, but they don't respect us. I would like teachers or former teachers to make the decisions about education instead of people who have not taught school.
