Teacher's bladder

I was just talking to someone whose friend is also a teacher and she has been in to see a doctor because of problems with her bladder. The doctor said this is quite common for teachers and they call it "teachers bladder". I am lucky in that I don't have to go to the bathroom often, but my friend does and she says it is also painful.
