Circus By Computer Lady

You know I am in a new school and the bad paras are the ones who have no direction.
The competent ones are the ones who have teachers who explain what they are to do and why and then set up a consistent time to have these things completed. Sorry, this is a lot of work for you now but in the long run they and you will become a team.
You have to let your needs known and if you see them talking again, break it up with job duties.
Delegating is the hardest thing in the world but it is the only way for you to turn bad paras into good professionals.
