Teachers of the World HELP ME!!!!!

I'm in the same boat you are except for being pregnant. Congratulations! I came home crying just today because it was another bad day. I have 7 boys that drive me insane as well. This is also my 2nd year of teaching.
To make things worse, in my opinion, I teach second grade this year...I taught first grade last year. I kept the same exact class. So I've been stressing over those same boys for almost 2 years now!!!!
I love them one day and really hate them the next. I can't wait to see them go.
I really thought today broke me. I wanted/want to quit. How can 7-8 year olds be ruining my

life? What am I doing wrong? I've read Henry Wong's book. I've read some of the other readers' responses. Nothing seems to work. I loose my patience daily. I pray for patience nightly. I hate my job. I hate going to work. Is this a sign that teaching is not for me? What is wrong with me!
