Here is an idea. If you can put up with a bit of a mess, how about Painting with Pudding? Chocolate pudding can be used for fingerpainting. The tactile quality might just lock in the sound for some kids.

Using playdough or eating popcorn could also be fun and emphasize the sound of /P/.
