Wow! I thought our sub pay was bad in Ohio ($70/day), but apparently our subs have it good compared to Fla. I hope they don't get wind of $120-$140 or they'll all move away!
As far as the original post-our subs get an increase once they've been working in the same position for at least 10 consecutive days. It's then assumed that they have extra duties such as planning, grading, etc.
