paperwork
By Sabrina

Clip to ScrapBook
One of the major causes of burnout is paperwork. I go to my mailbox three times a day and there's about an inch of paper in there every single time! It is overwhelming. Having to input the same information in four or five different places is also crazy. For example, after county testing, I had to grade all the tests, get someone to double grade them, write it out for my own records, bubble in scores for the county, input the scores for the school, put them in report cards, and then put it on each students educational plan for reading and math. Then, my superior had the nerve to repremand me for something bubbled in incorrectly-when I didn't! The 'bubble rules' were changed and she wasn't aware of it. UHHH!
