Goody bag idea
By Jennifer

Clip to ScrapBook
Here's another suggestion. I make raffle tickets or you can use just pieces of paper. Explain the idea of a raffle and how only one person can win at the end of the day. Teach them to say - Congratulations, I'm happy for
you to the winner and about how you will feel if you don't win, disappointed, sad, etc.
I buy things from thrift stores, books, small stuffed animals, toys, etc. and wrap them attractively. I hang the prize up on the board so all can see. Throughout the day I give out tickets to those choosing right behaviors, etc. They write their name on it and put it in the hat or box or whatever.
You can give out a lot because there is only one winner. I teach Kindergarten and am subbing now as in the process of moving out state. I have done this with all ages and they love it. Even the ones who don't win love the suspense of seeing what the prize is.
