how much time he takes away from the rest of the class learning--this way, when you are ready to push the issue, you can help make a case to remove the child or force your sp ed dept. to have a one-on-one aid with that child. the rest of the class should not have to suffer. the risk of lawsuits from parents of "regular education" children who feel their chidren are now being discriminated against is looming in the near future!
