You need to tell the am aide to bring her own snack. You should not have to feed her. Talk to the principal to see how long of a break each aide gets. They are probably entitled to a 15 minute break somewhere. Then establish a time for that break and ask the aide to eat or whatever at that time OUTSIDE of the classroom. See if you and the principal can sit with them and go over their contract and duties.
