Fix Society First...

Before these politicians, who are obviously oblivious to the realities of today's world as witnessed through the eyes of our children, have the audacity to attempt to address their perceptions of what may be wrong with out public school system (which we all know, they don't really have a "clue"), they need to work on fixing the problems of our society first: better health care for our parents and children; realistic controls on what our children are allowed to see and hear through various media;
more equitable funding for what schools REALLY need; free tuition at state universities for teachers who | |
would like to further their education; and so many more too numerous to mention here...do this and leave educational assessment,evaluation, and execution to those who really know what to do...teachers and education
administrators...let us use our energy for what we have been prepared to do and not on a lot of ill-advised and ludicrous "jump-start"programs and having to listen to silly and empty slogans!
