Guilt
By Paige

Clip to ScrapBook
It happens to the best of us! As the previous poster said, "We are only human." You apologized and that probably meant a great deal to the kids, and taught them a valuable lesson in itself. I think they understand too that sometimes we are pushed to the limit and if saying such a word is the worst that happens, I think your class is pretty fortunate! On a lighter note, one day I wanted my kids to "brainstorm a list on the back of this sheet" but I didn't say "sheet"! I said the other "sh" word! After the initial shock we had a great laugh at my expense, and we still chuckle about it to this day!
