Centre incentive

I have a Grade 1 class. When we do centres, I have a teddy bear who goes to stay with the group who is working the most on task and with the appropriate noise level. Some centres are noisier than others by nature. At end of centres, that group gets a sticker on their group card. When they have 10, they get a prize from my treat bag. Maybe this will spark an idea for you. Good luck.
