Back to the old line: It's the economy, stupid!

G&T programs, arts programs, special ed programs, it's all going out. And doesn't SC have a lottery? NC is trying desperately to get one. Granted, our educators could use the money, but I'm wary that if we get a lottery we'll lose funding in places that so desperately need cash (see above).
