Clip to ScrapBook
Someone close to me is bipolar and I'm sure I could get you accurate responses to specific questions if you would like to email them to me. The best thing to do is remain consistent, don't take anything personal and keep looking for help.
I have a book that could supply you with information. The title is BiPolar Disorder: A guide for patients and families by Francis Mark Mondimore, M.D. I bought it from Barnes and Noble online but I'm sure it's available to order from any bookstore. I don't remember the cost but it is paperback and was under $20 I would imagine.
