I sub, and am in school to become a teacher. I know that I for one always leave my name and phone number on the note that I leave for teachers. So to me, if she didn't leave her number that might have meant she knew there was no way in heck you'd ever try to get her as a sub again. And I don't think that you can get her phone number, because I know that, at least in my district, the only way a sub can get a hold of you to ask you to sub again is if you leave them your phone number.
