You might want to try a web site (if you're a beginner, a site that's only a few pages). I recently did a presentation on this exact topic and it blew them out of the water. I had two partners who worked on this project with me. We took pictures in the college class and used these photos as if they were the second graders (web site was '2nd grade website for MS.....). You get the idea. We included a homework link, a page with photos of interesting projects in the classroom, as well as a few goofy shots, just to make people smile. Also, a page of web links was helpful to the students and the teacher! Good Luck.
