Points work!

A little healthy competition with group points (tally marks on the board) have always worked for me. My coworkers always ask how I get my class so attentive and quiet. "Are you bribing them?" they asked jokingly. At the end of the week, the group with the most points wins a hand in the prize box. We change desk arrangements every month, so the kids feel it's fair. The money I spend for cheap toys and pencils at orientaltradingcompany.com is WORTH IT!
