Valentine's writing ideas
By Nancy

Clip to ScrapBook
I an student teaching with a teacher that does some AMAZING creative writing lessons with her students. This week, our students are writing a thank you note, between a famous couple, for a Valentine's gift that he/she received. Some student examples are a thank you note from Scooby to Shaggy for heart shaped Scooby snacks, a thank you note from Patrick to SpongeBob for a golden spatula, and from Chip to Dale for a box of nuts in a heart shaped Valentine box.

This same class also wrote Valentine's messages to a loved one. The teacher purchased Valentine themed paper for these messages, and also submitted them to the local newspaper for a contest they were having with this theme.

Good Luck!
