Mother's Death

I have a student in my classroom whose mother passed away within the past few months. It has been a very difficult time for this student. Our class sent a teddy bear holding flowers with a card to the funeral home. This seemed to mean a lot to the whole family. I teach at a Christian school, and our whole class has continued to keep the family in our prayers.
