Union YES!!

Without our union, teachers would be walked all over. They try now. I am 100% pro-union. It is worth every penny I pay to know someone has my back (if I need it). You know how things are these days.... Someone has to be the "watchdog". Local and state boards of ed. would give us no benefits or pay encreases if they didn't have to.And if it takes a walk-out to help them see who really keeps schools going, then I am there. Sometimes you have to remind the higher-ups. I will ride the bandwagon, but I won't drive it. That's what the union is for.
