The next step depends on your state. I live in Georgia and they are actively recruiting college grads to earn certification while they are teaching. My suggestion is to contact the person who is in charge of certification in your local school district and ask them to point you towards the source of information you seek. You may not want to get a Master's until you are sure that this is the path you want to take. Good Luck!
