Clip to ScrapBook
Evan Moor has recently published books entitled Take it to Your Seat Literacy Centers AND Take it to Your Seat Math Centers. The books are for 1-3 and 4-6. My students really enjoy the activities [I use them in centers]. Each activity has a sheet for the students to complete. Once they finish it they put it in the Blue Box [where I collect center work]. Often they check the sheet as a group and just put it in their appropriate folder. They record their grades on a grade slip [adding machine tape] and leave it in the box. The Mailbox is coming out with a new set of folder activities but it is really older sets that they had sold separately a few years ago. Hope this makes sense.
