You didn't mention how old this child was. I believe he needs to be evaluated by a child study team. He is probably eligible for behavior therapy and family intervention. He (and you) may require an additional person in the room to assist him with moving towards more appropriate behaviors. Most states have an early intervention program that targets helping preschool children with different problems. This expense is covered by the state public school system by law. Go to your computer and search for "early intervention" for your state. No child willingly and consistantly misbehaves. He needs professional assistant. Please do what you can to help this child find get the help he needs now before it is too late.
