SC doesn't have teacher's unions. I think its illegal. I am kind of new here, but it's something about a "right to work" law, so we are not allowed to strike either...not that I would want to.
Just to clarify my teacher case load. I am in a k-5 school. I have pull-out groups of up to 7 students that come to the resource room and do inclusion where I serve my kids in the classroom for several classes. So, I don't have large groups of kids all at one time.
It is a challenge though.
