cause/effect

i had my kids make cause/effect puzzles this year. they had to make a statement from a template...of course, now i don't remember what it was...something like: Because I __________, I ___________, and then I __________________.they wrote the sentence on a long sheet of paper, illustrated each section, and then cut creatively (like a puzzle) and they passed around their puzzle so everyone put together and read everyone else's.
