They don't block all websites, some get blocked because of the address and the way it is written. Something in the program reads the address a certain way and then blocks it. A few websites in the past were also blocked because they were advertising only.

There's something about the A to Z address that conflicts with the Pro-teacher program if I remember a past post about this.
