Batteries running low

I know it sounds crazy but give yourself time for a hobby. My mother started dragging me to a painting class on Monday nights for two hours. At frist I was like NO WAY! on top of everything else, grading papers, cleaning house, etc...??? BUt as I kept going it was two hours to block everything else out and truly enjoy that time. I came to love Mondays because I knew I was going to have time away mentally. You could join a cooking class, or even learn to kayak, something. It feels so energizing when you are done. (I still spend the next 4 days nearly comatose!!!
