Sick to Death!!!

The pressure of mandated state testing is one of the biggest factors in teacher burnout. We just finished a study of our MAP results (Clear Access) and found that our science test results were above the state average of scores every year since 1997. However, we received NO POINTS on our MSIP rating since these scores did not progressively increase each year. That is ludicrous! How can you base points on increasing scores whenever different groups of students are being tested? I am sick of this ridiculous testing!
